Scott has been taking care of my water for 8 years very knowledgeable and helpful. Today he put in a new water heater for me and did everything by code and the correct way. I will always trust Aqua Doctor for my water and plumbing needs.

Aqua Doctor gets my highest recommendation. In a whole home renovation with lots of complexity and headaches, Scott made his part look easy. He's enthusiastic, a problem solver, super smart. The kind of guy you want working with you! His part was executed quickly and flawlessly. We look forward to seeing him again on routine maintenance calls down the line, but for now, we have a stellar water filtration system in the house due to his great work.
For Thanksgiving week I was away. Turned out my boiler shut down and my house was 44 degrees. Scott responded to my call quickly and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue with my Navien boiler. He got in touch with the manufacturer to find out the best way of repairing it. Turned out I needed a new motherboard. He told me it was covered under warranty, something I was unaware of. I appreciate him telling me that. This was on a Friday afternoon. Scott set the system to be able to give me continuous heat for the weekend and came back Monday morning with the replacement part. I am completely satisfied with this company and will be using it again for my next year’s annual checkup.
