Just had a basement interior perimeter drain tile system installed with a pump earlier in the week and it has already paid for itself with all the rain and runoff we’ve had this week. last time we had an inch of rain I was using a shopvac to remove puddles from my basement and emptying it all day but with this drain tile installed not a drop in the basement. Jon responded quickly when I reached out, came up with a comprehensive plan tying in a previously installed pit and gravity drain pipe that ran out to the street with his tile system. Provided an estimate on the spot which was inline with other contractors i had met with. I went with his plan because it was the most thorough and well thought which shows his years of experience. His team showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done in less than 2 full days. With all the jackhammering and debris removal, basement was left in better shape than they began with. They threaded the perimeter ditch, which was down to the base of the footing, around a furnace and water heater. This is not some basement system that channels water with a system at the top of the footing but they dig down to base and fill with gravel and pipe wrapped with filter fabric. upmost quality. definitely recommend if you have water basement issues
