The nicest people and got our basement completely dry!!! 10/10 recommend.
5 years ago Jon came to inspect and give an estimate. I was impressed because unlike the others he gave an estimate to fix the problem and what was needed to prevent future problems, not totally excavating and doing unnecessary add ons.We went with them. turns out we did not need as much done once underway. talk about being honest. we still do not have a problem with the basement and crawlspace. We 100% recommend Eastern.
We had our basement waterproofing done last summer and chose to wait until after winter to write this review, just to make sure the system truly performed. After heavy snowfall and significant snow melt this spring, we can confidently say it exceeded our expectations. The perimeter French drain system worked exactly as intended, and the quality of the work was outstanding. More than anything, this project gave us peace of mind. It has allowed us to truly enjoy our first home without the worry of water issues. We are so grateful for the work your team did and would highly recommend you to anyone.

We first used Eastern Waterproofing in 2010 to put a trench around our basement and install a sump pump and battery backup. Recently we contacted them that the battery backup was not working John the owner contacted us immediately and gave us options He recommended a new modern system and we agreed. The office manager Purvi arranged everything and was very prompt in her responses and a pleasure to work with. The installation was done by George, the foreman and we cannot say enough how efficient, professional and a real good person he is. He explained everything that he was doing and how to monitor the new pump He was a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this family owned and friendly company to anyone. We would give 10 stars if we could.
