My experience with Eastern Waterproofing was excellent in every respect. Analysis of the problem and pricing was comprehensive and fair. The job was started on time and completed on schedule. The foreman, George, was an excellent communicator and his coworkers did an excellent job. Thankful for this company. Jon came out assessed the issue and explained what needed to be done, very knowledgeable. George and his crew of guys were great. Very professional and hardworking team. George provided me with explanation at the end of each day stating what was done and what they would do the next day. Very happy with the job. I want to send a special thank you to John from your foundation company. Recently, with all the rain we had, I had water in the lower level of my house. John came over and checked my foundation, and he found no cracks. He eased my mind when he told me that my foundation was good, and he also told me other issues that may have caused the problem.
